NAKOMA:

Behind the Hilldale Shopping Center, the University Hill Farms neighborhood is just minutes by car from the University, downtown, and beltline and is a desirable and convenient location. The picturesque Oscar Rennebohm Park creates a beautiful retreat along with tennis courts and a community pool. Where the Ice Age National Scenic Trail and the Military Ridge State Trail meet, you’ll find a warm, inviting, and active community, proudly named “Hometown USA”. With the Baseball Fields at Hometown Community Park, the Reddan Soccer Park, the Eagle’s Nest Ice Arena, the Badger Prairie Park Dog Park, and the award winning University Ridge Golf Course, there is never a shortage of fun activities. The official Iron Man route travels through Verona every year while residents cheer on the athletes. FITCHBURG:

Just on the outskirts of Madison, Fitchburg offers a healthy and active community beaming with cycling and mountain biking trails, conservancies, green spaces, and the popular dream park at McKee Farms Park. This city proudly calls itself “A City In Motion” and is constantly growing and innovating.
