I have lived in Wisconsin all my life and have lived in the Madison area for 20 years. I love this great city, it has so much to offer! Every little neighborhood and community has something special about it, there is truly something for everyone here.
I am certified through the Wisconsin Realtors Association as a PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor) and I use this expertise while pricing every home for the current market and also use it when working with buyers to make sure we are offering a fair price. I am also a CNE (Certified Negotiations Expert) which is a valuable distinction when negotiating contracts.
Finding your home or selling your home is a very personal and often overwhelming experience and it is important to have the right support and guidance along the way. I would love to be there with you on that journey.
Over the years I have lived all over the city in a variety of neighborhoods in and around Madison... the east side, the west side, the capital square, Middleton, Verona... After years of bouncing around the area, my husband and I decided to plant our roots and ended up buying a home in Verona. We are constantly working on house projects while chasing around our three amazing children.
I am also a “Madison Mom”, supporting fellow moms in the area and welcoming new families moving here from all over the country. There are so many wonderful neighborhoods in Madison and the surrounding suburbs and they all offer something a little different. It’s important to find the best fit for each unique family and I love helping to point people in the right direction when moving here.
Before Real Estate, my background was in the Restaurant Industry. I have a degree in culinary arts and spent many years in the restaurant scene of Madison.
I will always love to wine and dine but I also enjoy staying active. Our family LOVES biking. In total, we have about 13 bicycles in all different styles.. road bikes, mountain bikes, tandems, cargo bikes. We also love hiking, joggings, swimming, and camping in our vintage pop-up camper! There is no shortage of places to enjoy those activities in this beautiful city.

I'm Andrea, owner of Elysian Design LLC and Stager for The Kohl Realty Team.
My passion, from an early age, has always been architecture and interior design. I received a degree in Interior Design from the Art Institutes in 2013. Afterwards, I worked furniture retail and then...discovered staging. I quickly knew this was the right career for me.
With having staged over 100 Madison homes, my goal is to continue to help realtors, builders and homeowners sell quickly. I provide an organized and simple staging experience which can relieve the stress of the home selling process.
When I'm not working on some sort of DIY project.. or remodeling my home, you'll find me enjoying life with my husband Jack and our dog Salvador. Spending time with our family, camping, kayaking and exploring WI are our favorite things to do!

And beyond the photos, we also use drone photography, matterport virtual tours, video tours, and floor plans to ensure the highest demand.
