Hi. I'm Stephanie Kohl
I have lived in Wisconsin all my life and have lived in the Madison area for 15 years. I love this great city, it has so much to offer! Every little neighborhood and community has something special about it, there is truly something for everyone here. I would love to help you find where you belong!
Over the years I have lived all over the area in a variety of neighborhoods in and around Madison... the near east side, the near west side, the capital square, the campus area, Middleton, Verona, and Fitchburg. After years of bouncing around the city, my husband and I decided to plant our roots. We started the first-time-home-buying whirlwind adventure and ended up buying the perfect home to raise our family. We now live in Verona with our two amazing children and could not be happier.
While we were searching for our first home, something about Real Estate clicked with me and I knew that I wanted to pursue it as a career. I loved the hunt and I missed it when it was over. I wanted to be a part of that journey with other people. Finding your home or selling your home is a very personal and often overwhelming experience and it is important to have the right support and guidance along the way. I would love to be there with you on that journey.
Before Realty, my background was in the Restaurant Industry. I have a degree in culinary arts and spent many years in the restaurant scene of Madison. From there I made the transition to a wine and spirits distributing company where I worked for 7 years selling both wine and specialty spirits and as district manager for the on premise wine division. And as I will always be a foodie, my other love is fitness. Work hard, play hard, right? I enjoy running, interval training, weight lifting, barre, and cycling, and I hold my certification for prenatal fitness. My husband is an avid biker and bikes year round. Madison is a great biking community! Our family loves hiking, biking, and camping together and there is no shortage of places to enjoy those activities in this beautiful city.
