Not all real estate agents are created equal. I am going to work incredibly hard to please you and get the job done. My name is on every home that I list and therefore my reputation and image are on the line too. I take my listings very seriously and will offer my best every time. My marketing package is completely complimentary to every one of my clients.
Before listing, I will run a detailed market analysis on your home so that we have an unbiased foundation for the listing price. We will find a price that you are comfortable with and is realistic in the market for getting your house sold. My goal is to get you the most money for your house in the least amount of time.
Marketing and Professionalism: I will prepare your home for marketing with professional photos, floor plans, and staging services. I will share the listing on the MLS, websites, search engines, portals, blogs, virtual communities and more. My name and image is on every listing so I make sure to present every home the best way that I can to attract more buyers. You will never see me list a house with amateur photography (no cell phone pics!). You can only make one first impression, and these days, buyers have their first showing of your home on the internet. I offer Professional High Definition Real Estate Photography and Interior Design Staging with every listing. This is essential in having a leg up in the industry and catching the eye of the buyer early. We will discuss how to showcase the best features of the house and make your home look approachable to buyers. I have partnered with the lovely Anne Michelle for my interior design and staging. She has years of experience in large scale staging in showrooms around the country as well as small scale design for a variety of homes. Communication: I will keep in touch with you and actively strategize with you each week, discussing things like market trends and pricing. I will encourage and evaluate feedback from showing agents and potential buyers.
Negotiating: As your agent it is my job to work for your best possible price and terms and I take that very seriously. I will sell the benefits of your home, organize and present incoming offers, and work closely with you to understand your priorities, price, terms, and timing.
You get only me: I don't work with a team, and that is by choice. I limit the number of sellers and buyers that I take on at one time so that I can give my clients the attention they deserve. I specifically chose not to be a "buyers agent" or "listing agent", I'm both! That keeps me up to speed on the both sides of the market so I can better serve my clients. I won't pawn you off onto another agent after our initial meeting and I don't have an assistant. When you call me, you talk to me, and I personally manage the transaction from start to end. I limit the number of clients that I take on at a time so that I can give my full service and attention to each one.
